Supervisor - Renewable Energy Field

Job Description

• Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of renewable energy systems.
• Monitor and manage site teams, technicians, and contractors for daily work activities.
• Ensure project execution aligns with engineering drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Conduct site inspections, quality check, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers for material planning and site logistics
• Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate critical matters when required.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental(HSE) standards at all times.
• Strong understanding of solar/power systems, electrical layouts, and installations procedures
• Hands-on-experience with site supervision, vendor coordination, and field troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of HSE standards, project documentation, and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in field supervision (renewable energy preferred).
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems and safety standards.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
